**There will no longer be extra blankets and pillows, so please come comfortable

**As much as I love our chats and exchanges, we will need to keep the chatting at a minimum

Arriving with your hands clean is a must- you are welcome to bring and wear gloves, hand sanitizer will be available

**Upon arrival please wait in your vehicle until you receive a text or call to enter, our waiting area is closed. this is in place to ensure you don’t come in contact with others and we do not have multiple people in the studio at one time

**A mask must be properly worn when entering and throughout the entire service.

**There are no children or guests allowed in the studio at this time

**No food or gum, beverages must be enclosed

**No scarves, hats, purses, etc. Please leave all personal belongings in your car and just bring yourself, your phone, and form of payment

You will need to agree to all terms by signing a waiver before your service

When booking online, you will be asked to put a deposit down to reserve your appointment. The deposit is equal to 50% of the service being booked.

All sets must have 50% lash retention in order to qualify as a "fill". If you show up for your fill appointment with less than 50% of your lash extensions maintained, you will be required to pay for a full set.

If you are sick or feeling unwell, you must reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment showing symptoms of illness I cannot service you and will have to send you home.

​All bookings must be made at least  48 hours in advance to be accepted.


You must provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling, changing your service or rescheduling an appointment to keep your deposit or have it refunded.


Last minute cancellations /rescheduling will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. 

If you are 15 minutes late or later for an appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and keep the deposit for the time that was booked out. Every minute counts so being on time is key! 

You are required to put a valid card on file to hold any appointment being booked. 


No shows will be charged %100 of the service booked. 

IF purchasing a gift card, please note that it will expire after 1 year.

If you reschedule and I hold onto your deposit, it will only be held for 1 months time. After this you will  lose your deposit if you do not get in touch to reschedule. 

I do NOT fill other artists work WITHOUT a consultation first. If you are coming to me from someone else, you will need to book a consultation so I am able to determine whether or not the set is applied properly and can be worked with. A small charge will be added to the fill price in order for me to perform service on outside client. If the set is inaccurately applied, a removal and new set would be necessary.

Please do not bring other people to your appointment without discussing it with me before your appointment! I provide lux services in which I like to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Also, I share a waiting area with Nail Haven, so I ask that my clients please be respectful and quiet so we do not disturb the artistic process under weigh!
